TITAN Trailer Disc Brake Kits

Titan's "Swing-Away" Disc Brake Kits enable trailers to be stored in smaller enclosed areas by pivoting the actuator back thereby shortening the trailer tongue. The swing away actuator gives you the same outstanding quality and performance as Titan's fixed mount disc brake actuators. They features a 7500 lb. rated actuator that can swing either right or left enabling a trailer to be stored in a smaller enclosed area.

The TITAN BrakeRite Electric-Hydraulic Disc Brake Kits use electric power from the towing vehicle electrical system. As the brake pedal is depressed and the brake lights come on, the BrakeRite EHB system is activated and the trailers hydraulic brakes are applied. The actual pressure control process is the result of an electric motor driven piston pump and electronically controlled pressure relief valve.
