Marine grade 2"x 4"x 60" boards are covered with deluxe marine carpet and mounted with an extra strong galvanized steel adjustable bracket. Can be mounted on top of frame for extra height. Hardware included to fit trailer frames up to 3" wide and 4 1/4" high.
