PRICING POLICY:
Eastern Marine strives to offer competitive pricing on all
our regular
stocking and special order merchandise. Products offered
in our Newark, DE. Showroom are clearly marked with our
price sticker for convenient, no hassle shopping. During
special "Sale Events", prominent sale signage
along with printed sale flyers make identifying and
locating promotional items an easy and enjoyable shopping
experience. Sale prices are automatically calculated upon
checkout at our computer controlled register system.
ITEM AVAILABILITY:
Eastern Marine makes every effort to keep on hand those
items we have designated as "regular stocking
merchandise". Occasionally temporary product
shortages and manufacturer back orders do occur. We will
gladly contact you and reserve out of stock items for
purchase when the next shipment arrives.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
If you are not satisfied with merchandise you have
purchased from Eastern Marine, you may request a return or
exchange within 30 days of your purchase.
Please consider the following
Returns Policy

All requests
for credit, refund, exchange or repair must be made
within 30 days from date of purchase.

Original
dated cash register sales receipt must accompany
returned item.

All items
must be in original box or packaging with all
accompanying parts. Installed or used items will not
be accepted for return. A minimum 15% re-packing fee
may apply to any defaced or incomplete returns.

Goods cut to
customer specs may be declined for return.
-
All sales
are final on books, charts, and Licenses.

Electronics
returned for exchange or refund must be new and
uninstalled.

Eastern
Marine reserves the right to decline returns on
Special Orders. Returnable special orders are subject
to a minimum 20% restocking fee.

Some
merchandise returns may be governed by the
manufacturer's return policy or warranty.

Approved
refunds will be issued in the form of original
payment.

Personal
check purchases over $100.00 must allow two weeks from
date of sale before a refund is issued. We will mail a
refund check if the items are returned prior to the
14-day waiting period.

PLEASE NOTE: Returns of more than $500.00 can only be
issued by our Business Office during the hours of
9am-4pm, Monday thru Friday.
WARRANTY:
All products sold by Eastern Marine are covered by a valid
manufacturer's warranty. Warranties generally cover
defects in materials or workmanship and not product
failure from neglect or abuse. Any merchandise returned
for warranty repair or exchange (after 30 days) must be
sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or
repair at their discretion. Eastern Marine will gladly
supply manufacturer's contact and warranty information
upon request.
MAILING LIST:
We encourage all Eastern Marine customers to sign up
annually for our mailing list. This will ensure that you
are informed of Special Sales and Promotional Events.
Mailing list forms can be found at our cashier station or
you may sign up below.
Eastern Marine values your
privacy and does not supply or sell list information to
any individual or company.

EASTERN MARINE GIFT
CARDS:
Eastern Marine 'GIFT CARDS' are available in any
denomination at our cashier station in our Newark, DE Showroom.
Each custom GIFT CARD is electronically embedded with the dollar value of your choice, and will maintain a running balance until completely used. It's a
terrific gift option when you are really not sure what to give to
you your favorite boater or fisherman.
