Eastern Marine - Delaware Park Permits

An annual permit is required to gain entrance into twelve of Delaware's fourteen State Parks. Valid for calendar year.

PERMIT REGULATIONS

Residence is based on your Motor Vehicle Registration.
An owner of a motor vehicle designed to carry less than ten people, regardless of registration, shall be entitled to an annual permit.
The annual park permit comes in the form of a sticker that must be affixed to the inside lower left hand corner of the vehicles windshield. For an alternative location, (out-of-state vehicles whose state does not allow a windshield sticker) call the state office.
Senior Citizens qualify for a reduced fee. Age 62 or older is the Senior Citizen requirement.
