MARYLAND RESIDENTS HUNTING LICENSES

Regular Basic - 16 through 64 years of age.......................$24.50
- Residents 16 through 64 to hunt all legal species excluding
  deer and waterfowl.
Senior Annual - 65 years of age or over ..........................$5.00
- Residents 65 years of age or older to hunt all legal species.
Junior Basic - under 16 years of age..................................$10.50
- Residents under the age of 16 to hunt all legal species
  excluding deer and waterfowl. Written permission from
  parent or guardian required.

MARYLAND NON-RESIDENTS HUNTING LICENSES

Basic - Delaware...............................................................$130.00
- Nonresidents of any age to hunt all legal species including
  deer during firearm season but excluding bow and
  muzzleloader season and excluding waterfowl.
Basic - Pennsylvania..........................................................$130.00
- Nonresidents of any age to hunt all legal species including
  deer during firearm season but excluding bow and
  muzzleloader season and excluding waterfowl.
Basic - Virginia...................................................................$130.00
- Nonresidents of any age to hunt all legal species including
  deer during firearm season but excluding bow and

MARYLAND MISCELLANEOUS HUNTING LICENSES

Regulated Shooting Area .....................................................$6.00
- Special License (effective July 1 through June 30)
  Resident and non-resident to hunt propagated wildlife on a
  State permitted regulated shooting area. Not required of the
  holder of a Maryland resident or nonresident hunting
  license.
Maryland Migratory Waterfowl Stamp..................................$9.00
- Information Program Permit (effective August 1 through July 31)
  Residents and nonresidents to hunt all legal migratory birds.
  Required of all hunters licensed or unlicensed.
Deer Stamp - Bow or Muzzleloader Season...........$6.00 Resident

- Bow
  To hunt deer during bow season with any resident basic or
  nonresident license.
  Muzzleloader
  To hunt deer during muzzleloader season with any resident
  basic or nonresident license.
Resident Bonus Antlered Deer Stamp ................................$10.00
- Resident to hunt bonus deer during any of the deer seasons.
  A separate stamp is required for each season.
DNR Managed Hunt Permit ................................$35.00
- Resident to hunt on managed deer hunt areas.
Nonresident Bonus Antlered Deer Stamp............................$25.00
- Nonresident to hunt a bonus deer during any of the deer
  seasons. A separate stamp is required for each season.

MARYLAND MANDATORY HUNTER SAFETY TRAINING

No person, regardless of age, may obtain a hunting license or hunt in Maryland unless he/she has been issued a Certificate of Competency in firearms and hunter safety, or has produced a hunting license issued prior to July 1 , 1977, or can sign an affidavit that he/she held a hunting license prior to July 1, 1977. This requirement does not apply to those persons presently exempt from obtaining a license or to those nonresidents who hunt only waterfowl.
