DO
NOT HAVE THE PROPER PAPERWORK
|
|
|
Eastern
Marine sympathizes with those who do not have the necessary
paperwork to register a boat in Delaware, however, we are bound by the laws
and regulations set forth by the Division of Fish & Wildlife.
These laws are designed to protect you and Eastern Marine is committed
to enforcing and protecting the integrity of these regulations.
Owners wishing to register their boats at Eastern Marine must have
the proper paperwork. There are no exceptions - it's the law. We
suggest you study this web site and even call ahead to verify that
you have the necessary documents. If
you are not satisfied with the service at our License Center Service
Counter, we encourage you to contact the Delaware Division of Fish
