1) Internet Phone Sales / Customer Support - Career Description:

We have a great team of Trailer Parts customer service specialists. As our business continues to expand, we have a need to fill additional positions in our Internet Sales Division. This position is a great opportunity for someone that has considerable experience with trailer components. We sell parts for many trailer types, ranging from small utility & boat trailers up to semi-tractor trailer parts. As an Internet Sales associate, you will be working with a highly qualified team that will assist in developing your product knowledge. We will encourage you to learn and grow your sales support career. We are looking for individuals that have made working with trailers their career - not their part-time job.

Job Requirements

• Possess a strong understanding of trailer components, repair and maintenance
• Develop a comprehensive working knowledge of our websites and the products we sell
• Interact with customers incoming phone calls for product inquiries, sales order entry and post sales support
• Occasionally interact with our suppliers directly over the phone or via email
• Maintain an understanding of Company Policy relating to shipping, returns and product warranty
• Basic computer keyboard typing skills helpful
• Able to communicate clearly in writing and in conversation

Necessary Skills

• Friendly, customer-focused attitude
• Confident, courteous phone skills
• Good reading, writing and grammar skills
• Reliability and punctuality a MUST
• Self-motivated without direct supervision
• Experience with PC computers, Internet Explorer and Outlook Express
