Hydraulic Surge Brake Actuator with Zinc plated finish for maximum corrosion protection. Rated capacity: 7000 lbs, for drum brake applications.
Mounting holes are on a 3" center front to back.
The MODEL 60Z actuator is intended for light occasional use on recreational, marine, and utility trailers, which are towed by passenger cars or pickups. The actual in-service rating is limited to that of the ball and hitch being used or the trailer manufacturer's G.V.W.R. shown on the certification label, whichever is lower. The actuator will provide enough fluid displacement to supply up to four TITAN free-backing or uni-servo drum style trailer brakes.

I had an outdated (1975) actuator that would have cost more to rebuild than this product. It was a little work to cut the other unit off and mount this one, but well worth the effort.

Installed correctly in no time no problems, everything fit perfectly. Pull a boat that is right at the limit of the towing ability of my wife's MDX, it stops like there is nothing behind me. I love it. Wouldn't hesitate to take my boat on a long trip. I'm very happy.

Perfect replacement/upgrade for my seized 15 year old coupler. Took about 5 minutes to install, another 10 minutes to properly fill and bleed. I ordered this online for in-store pickup, they had it waiting for me an hour after I placed my order!

The best option this upgrade, a good deal, and fits perfect on a 3" channel. The Manual Reverse Lockout Ball Valve should be included with it, since it is not expensive.
