First off, I like them and these guys have great prices. they are designed to "snap" past the hex part of your lug nut so that the internal lip on the cap hooks on to the tappered or conical portion of the nut. Well with my wheels/and 13/16 lug nuts that conical part is buried in the wheel seat.... so I lost three of four, on one 1800 mile trip. so now I dabbed some silicone on 4 of 6 nuts. In theory, they will stay on but be a pain to remove when the time comes. I like the looks, my bearings are well cared for and I check the hubs for heat every stop. I'll run them with the risks i mentioned.
