LICENSE CENTER INFORMATION

SERVICE LOCATION:	EASTERN MARINE - NEWARK, DELAWARE SERVICE COUNTER Licenses are available to individuals IN-PERSON ONLY. Telephone, fax, or internet license orders are not permitted and we are unable to respond to mail-in license requests.
SERVICE HOURS:	THE LICENSE COUNTER CLOSES 1/2 HOUR PRIOR TO STORE CLOSING To ensure a timely closing of the store, no license or boat registration paperwork will be started 1/2 hour prior to store closing.
TO AVOID THE LINES:	DEMAND FOR LICENSES OFTEN EXCEEDS STAFFING CAPABILITIES ON FRIDAYS, SATURDAYS & SUNDAYS DURING THE MONTHS OF APRIL, MAY & JUNE To avoid waiting in line, try stopping by on a weekday morning or early afternoon. (Tuesday through Thursday being the best time.)
METHODS OF PAYMENT:	CASH, CHECK, VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER or AMERICAN EXPRESS. STATE FUNDS MAY BE PAID AT THE SERVICE COUNTER REGISTER ONLY! No combined purchases permitted (Licenses & Store Merchandise)
