Trailer Parts Superstore and Eastern Marine have a physical location only in Newark, Delaware.

The State of Delaware has no retail sales tax.  In lieu of a state sales tax, Delaware collects a gross receipts tax from our business for all sales regardless of state. This charge has already been blended into our listed purchase price. Trailer Parts Superstore is a wholesaler/retailer of Boat, RV, Utility & Work Trailer Parts whose customer profile includes: Business & Corporate Clients, Government & Municipality Offices, Mobile Repair Business & Repair Shops, Small Dealer Distribution, Boat Trailer Manufacturer Parts Distribution, as well as supporting the Retail Recreational Trailer Parts Market.

SHOWROOM PURCHASES:  When purchasing from our Eastern Marine/Trailer Parts Superstore Showroom - no sales tax will be charged or collected.

ONLINE OUT-OF-STATE PURCHASES:  Use and Sales Tax laws vary from state to state and do not apply to all states and all purchases.  Many purchases are exempt from tax.  When purchasing from Trailer Parts Superstore online - the buyer is responsible for remitting the applicable sales/use tax directly to the home state jurisdiction where the order is delivered.
