The Berkley boat rod holder can be surface mounted, side mounted or rail mounted and secures spinning and casting rods. Rod throat fits large rods up to 1-7/16" diameter. Locking ring fits all sizes of spinning reel handle shanks up to 1-3/16" diameter. (Mounting hardware not included)
