BulletProof Hitches offers a sway control system that connects from the sway control ball mount of the hitch to the front of the trailer. This system is to stiffen the connection between the truck and trailer, keeping it straight and in-line with the towing vehicle.
When towing large trailers, it is possible to experience trailer sway from wind, passing vehicles, and uneven road surfaces. To prevent the trailer from swaying, BulletProof Hitches offers a sway control system that connects from the sway control ball mount of the hitch to the front of the trailer. This system is to stiffen the connection between the truck and trailer, keeping it straight and in-line with the towing vehicle. The Sway Control System is most useful when towing large trailers like travel trailers or toy haulers, making that experience safer.
Use 1 BulletProof Sway Control System when towing up to 10,000 pounds and/or 24' trailers. When towing over 10,000 pounds and/or trailers longer than 24', 2 BulletProof Sway Control Systems may be required.
*Note: Sway Control System is not compatible with trailers that are equipped with surge brakes. This system MUST be used with a BulletProof Hitches Sway Control Dual Ball.
