DEEMAXX 12" MAXX PLATED Vented Integral Rotor/Hub trailer disc brake assembly. MAXX plating offers the best value of protection for salt water applications. (Bearings, seal, lug nuts and dust cap sold separately)
12" Integral Rotor with MAXX plating. MAXX plating, during a standard salt spray test, will only begin to form rust at 1008 hours. Integral type Rotor/Hubs combine the hub and rotor into one unit and are balanced as one unit, which offers a smoother ride. Wheel studs are pressed into the rotor. The rotor is a traditional vented style with additional vent holes in the hub cavity to help dissipate heat.
Always use High-Temperature Marine Bearing Grease with disc brakes due to the higher operating temperatures then drum brakes.
