CX-4-18M Chain Anchor on one end of this commercial grade cargo control winch strap. This 18" Chain Anchor has a 4" V-Ring on web end and is rated at 18,000 lbs. breaking strength. Web features heat seared ends to prevent fraying. Heavy-Duty cargo control strap designed for flat-bed, owner operator, and contractor requirements. Hi-Test webbing assures the safest, most abrasion resistant tie-down strap available.
