This kit Includes everything to put brakes on your 3,500 lb triple axle trailer with: (6) Hydrastar 10" dacromet coated slip-on style vented rotor and dacromet coated steel caliper, model HBA-16 1600psi disc brake actuator with built in electric reverse back-flow solenoid, 15' NiCopp flexible brake line kit, and mounting hardware. The rotors will come with bearings and grease seals.

The HydraStar™ line of trailer mounted electric over hydraulic brake actuators are unlike mechanical surge actuators, the output from the HydraStar™ actuator is adjustable from the driver's seat. Use the in cab controller to adjust the HydraStar’s output and set up your hydraulic brakes to match the load for the ultimate in control and safety. Ideal for Horse Trailers, Boat Trailers, RV Trailers, Car Haulers, any Trailer with hydraulic brakes. The HydraStar™ HBA-16 has a maximum pressure settings of 1,600 psi. Easily replaces surge, air/hydraulic and vacuum/hydraulic systems. Simply mount the HydraStar™ to the trailer and attach the hydraulic line.
