KODIAK 12" Trailer Disc Brake Kit, Gal-Dex #K71-2H-12-DDD-R

KODIAK 12" Gal-Dex Coated Vented Integral Rotor/Hub assembly, Caliper & Mounting Bracket w/Hardware. One kit required per axle.
Gal-Dex coating offers the best value of protection for salt water applications (i.e., during a standard salt spray test, rust will begin forming between 400-500 hours).
The INTEGRAL (One Piece) Hub & Rotor is cast as a single unit. Wheel studs are pressed into the rotor. Hub and rotor are balanced as one unit, which offers a smoother ride. Caliper mounts to 5 bolt brake flange and fits inside 15" and larger wheels. Caliper is loaded standard with Non-Asbestos Ceramic friction pads. LOADRITE AXLE: Due to manufacturing variances this item must be retrofitted with Grease Seal # 5331098 to properly work with LoadRite Axles.

Always use High-Temperature Marine Bearing Grease with disc brakes due to the higher operating temperatures then drum brakes.
